And.... The Fan Site kit, The Icons are only in the Old Kit and i can't find it even on iligal site i can't find the download only the WOTLK site kit and in that Kit is no Icons =(

Ah ^^ You don't need the Fan Site Kit, but the AddOn Kit
Here is where you can download it : click (then choose "Download for PC").
It will extract all the interface data out of WoW, including icons.

I am a great fan of Warcraft and i am working on my own RPG/TBS game. I don't have a graphical engine yet. Only characters, skills and items.

I made a few applications using HGE + Lua.
I am working everyday in Python language. So, if i manage to integrate HGE in Python, i am willing to write a wrapper for Frost too.

That's a good idea ! Sadly, I'm not using HGE anymore, as I've made the "3D step" with Ogre3D.
That said, there is still a working and pretty stable version (v0.044) that is built around HGE. I'm definitely not going to work on it anymore, but you can !
I can help you if some parts of the code looks unclear to you, or if you want to improve the C++ code. Just start a new thread in the forum, and I'll answer every of your questions !
